At Kyloinvest, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy to ensure your shopping experience is as seamless as possible.
Eligibility for Returns:
You may return your watch within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The watch must be in its original condition, unworn, and free of scratches or damages.
- The watch must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and certificates.
- Proof of purchase must be included, such as the original receipt or order confirmation.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@kyloinvest.com. Provide your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned watch, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange your watch for a different model or color, please return the original watch following the above process and place a new order for the desired item.
